Guaranteed Exchange Rate Payment Option
For property purchase in Cape Verde, until the end of August we can fix your euro rate at 1.5 Euros
I stated that our current Payment Option which guarantees an exchange rate of 1.5 would only be available at that rate until the end of August. I am therefore giving advance notice that with effect from 1 September, although we will be retaining the Payment Option, the guaranteed exchange rate will reduce to 1.4 Euros to the Pound (and will be restricted to the first 15 cases on a first come first served basis).
The guaranteed exchange rate Payment Option has been particularly popular but as you can imagine it is expensive for us and was always going to be for a limited period only. Having said that, the 1.4 guaranteed rate will still represent an excellent built in discount for buyers.
