All properties come fully furnished to a 5 Star standard where we are pleased to offer the investor 2 years 10% rental guarantee followed by 50% share of the room rate.We also offer 30 days free use per year. The investment package includes owning a fully furnished apartment suite, cabana or plantation house, which is maintained and rented through the onsite 5 Star Resort management company.
